Emerging technologies such as generative AI, robotics, synthetic biology, and quantum computing are reshaping IP creation, ownership, valuation, and enforcement.  Intangible Assets (IA) include traditional IP rights, data, design right and AI generated content.  IA have become the driver of corporate value.  This conference explores strategic considerations for protecting and enforcing IA across jurisdictions—especially amid increasing divergence in patent eligibility standards, AI-focused regulations, data localization laws, and export-control restrictions.
