Ivan Crnosija is an associate at KINECT LAW. Ivan’s experience spans a variety of practice areas, including patent and trademark prosecution, technology transfer, and privacy law.

Ivan holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacology and a Masters in Public Health from Stony Brook University and received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. As a law student at Boston University, Ivan served as a student attorney with the university’s Technology Law Clinic and interned with the university’s Office of Technology Development.

While Ivan’s studies focused primarily on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data science, he has broached intellectual property issues in many different fields of technology. He enjoys both a professional and personal interest in the trademark and copyright protection of guitar designs.
